you go josh! occasionally it's good to be shamless, especially when done in jest. and it's also good to be good. it would appear that you are both. so i'll edit my previous comment to read,...."go frank, go bruce, and go josh".

I'm only going to say this because I like the car so much. But Bruce's lack of contact with forums and customers on the internet has zero to do with business class—frankly, he ignores almost all contact from e-mail, forums, PMs, phones or anything else unless it's from his "team" guys. The SpeedMerchant thread here is a constant reminder of customers who have been ignored and abused by the company that makes one of the best handling cars on the market with one of the best race/win records.

With all of the 1/12th scale cars I have ever owned (a lot), the SpeedMerchant Rev4 was my favorite car by far. But if parts supply, customer support and company promptness and communication are important to you, look somewhere else.

Honestly, buy any of the cars previously mentioned, buy spare parts that the guys in the 1/12th scale thread recommend having in the pit box (regardless of which car you buy), buy a few sets of tires, a good Protoform body and go race. They all work well, they all are fairly easy to drive and they will all make you a better driver in a very short amount of time.

Now, where'd my local carpet track go?

Wow...this is a great vibe. It's like Daddy just hit Mommy at the dinner table and we are all trying to eat still. "Just eat honey, Mommy's OK. Daddy just got a little angry" (Child voice):"I don't wanta eat." "Mommy's fine, Daddy just got a little crazy and Mommy's fine." (Child Voice):"Do I have to eat?" "Yes you have to eat."

I think in a few more years Josh will be stepping down and letting the younger crowd take over. And I bet she'll be fast.......
