Default pro- trak problems

hi all, i went to charge my batteries about 5 mins ago and my protrak wouldnt charge them.

it carried on as it would charging them but wouldnt go up to 5 amps. and wouldnt change the ampage either. it just stayed at 3 amps, every 30second it would change bak to 0 amps by its own. it just wouldnt charge them. i thought id leave it and see what it done. i was charging orion 3700's and it sed that they had peaked at a capasity of 360mah. thats obviously not right. i also makes noises the whole way through the charge, neva done it when i first got it. just started recently.

could anyone tell me whats wrong? with it cos i reli done know. And dont particulary want to just chuck it away and have to fork out 300pound for a new one.

Hi, did respond to you on another thread, but you hadn't mentioned the beeping noise. Likely explaination is 12V supply is too low. The Pro-Trak decreases charge current to compensate (reduces the pull down on a 12V battery). Screen should come up with a message at the same time to say supply voltage is low, but it is only on the screen while it beeps.
