there was a blue batch beeing sold a while ago.
the very last batch is black again.

the "fan kit" is actually only the additional top heatsink with a fan mounted (muchmore 25mm seems to work fine)

but i only use a fan for safety when i run 5T delta.

can be bought in any shop carrying gm products

the lrp esc is not capable of powering a 6 or 5T delta. It just will blow up.
7T is the limit.

As far as i know delta wound are know as easier to drive for sensorless system. It's still a slotted design (not 100 % reliable for startup) but it should work properly with any sensorless system, SP GT, Tekin R1 and RS, CC Mamba Max and sidewinder

Sorry Martin, but you're wrong on that! With correct timing setting on motor, a 6t Delta will work flawlessly with LRP TC-Spec. This we tried last year, but for us it worked the same as regular 3.5t (Star) and therefore there was no point in running 6t Delta's. 5t Delta we never tried, but I would not think it would damage anything on our speedo.
Try focusing on giving advise for GM products and not badmouthing ours...

Dear Reto.

I know that you tested 6T Deltas during perperation for the german nationals last year.
But as you might know this threat is about the GM Brushless.
And the GM Pro 6T delta does not have an adjustable timing, therefore it cannot be adjusted towards your ESCs needs. The Evo 3 6T can be timed but not enough either.
I am not willing to recommend any user to go and buy a motor and then wreck his esc just because I said it should or may work.

I am sorry for this missunderstanding.

I never wanted to say your ESC is not capable of powering any delta windings. It just cannot deal with our 6Ts, as timing is not correctly set.

Regards.

Martin.

@ all others:

I do not know of the tekin's timing but I know of the SP esc. Set the timing to 0 running sensors or 30 (29,something i think it is right?) running without.
If the Tekin can be set to those values too, it should be fine.

Default Full Power Issue

Can someone help me out.

For some reason from time to time the throttle settings on my GM100 seem to wonder. Today when i can to use it i couldnt get full power but as soon as i reset it, it works fine.

i have had this 3 or 4 times now and cant work out why its happening?

It isnt anything obvious like the trim on the transmitter moving so i can only think its a fault in the speedo - is this likely?
