Default Where's Tommy Kramer?

Does anyone know what happened to Tommy Kramer? I know he used to run for Yokomo, but all the TKE SD cars have dried up. Does he even race?

He now runs a Sakura Zero...and I hear it's pretty good. I think he is laying low thru the summer. I guess after the Yokomo deal broke down he went out on his own, nothing really worked out for him. I know he spent most of 09' hunting Smilodon, in the North West. I guess after a few months alone in the wild he started to feel the "drive" come back to race. I guess walked out of the woods, found the first track racetrack he could find and TQ and won every class the track ran with loaner cars from locals. After that he started making some money by selling his Velvet Paintings on the side of the interstate. He was taught the trade when he was an Russian Orthodox priest. I guess you can find some of his works here at the Velveteria, The Museum of Velvet Paintings in Portland, Oregon.

Now that he has landed on his feet he plans on running in the fall. He has aquired the sedan, Sakura Zero, and has begun working on his game. I hear the secrect underground test track he once used was destroyed, and he has since found a new location. The last rumor was somewhere by Sierra Leone, where he can pratice alone without distractions.

I just hope the rumors are true, and he is coming back....

HE IS!
Mastering the Basics

1. Does your delivery fit the mood and pace? Or are you just “shot out of a cannon”
2. Are you “in the moment”—right here, right now?

Tip #129 One of the exercises I do in my seminars--borrowed from my friend John Frost--is “the mirror.” I simply hand someone a mirror, and ask them what they see. The answer is always the same. “I see me.”
And my answer to that is always the same. “But you can MOVE that mirror, right?” Then I have him move the mirror until he can see himself AND me in it. That’s what you want....you and me, in the mirror shirtless....

** For immediate release **

The wait is over! FRP is proud to announce the Tommy Kramer Signature line of products.

Tommy Kramer is noted particularly for his Yokomo chassis upgrades, inspiring FRP owner Mike Wise to go into business on his own. This partnership of two racing icons is quite fitting.

Tommy, unfortunately, met his untimely death while participating in a lifelong dream. He was gored while running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, and died of a Streptococcus infection 4 months later in a poorly-equipped Spanish hospital.

Tommy Kramer, Jr. has agreed to continue his father's legacy by designing specialized products for the most discerning of R/C racers. We hope you will join in our excitement by sharing your favorite memories of Tommy and providing your past racing victories using his products.

Look for further announcements soon!

I was floored when I found out that Tommy Kramer's brother is the drummer for Aerosmith. No wonder Steven Tyler was hanging out at the track with him. Dude certainly does look like a lady! (at least up close).

How many British championships? Good to see the legacy carried on.
