I have enough spares of every car I own, so if you can apply your expertise to other HPI cars, we can talk and you can make some CHEESE.
weight comparison...havent checked yet, but I know the 3mm aluminum is heavier. At this moment I'm starting on some aluminum 32 tooth diffs for it, the plastic wears down too quickly (HPI A490) and can't get spares anymore. The reason for the chassis is can't get em anymore.

If you have the ability to mold gears, I'll send you some gears for the Pro 4, bevel and ring gear for the diffs. If you can make them, you will make some serious cheese. Me, guyisdamgood and several other dudes that drive pro4's have been looking for a fabricator. Let me know!

Damn. I totally understand. But I tell you this, in the Pro4 section, there has been a few dudes who have been looking for the outdrives to be done in aluminum, when you expand your business. Pop in there and post, you might be able to make some serious pesos.
