Any problem with the balance of the chasis/springs since the LIPO (say >290g)is way lighter than the standard 6 cells??

Thanks. I just added most of my weight to both the chassis and battery. I think I may change it to weight just to get it better balance.

Thanks.

Nice to see your statement.
If you look very carefully you see very much little things that have been changed for example the engine is moved to the car centre and the ESC is
also moved to the centre of the car, and this are really important changes.
It looks not much, but there are no tons of space on aTC.
Sorry that I noticed this change and i am not even a X-ray driver.
The car I drive with is a good car,but it is not perfect all the way.
Please look at your own short commings before you blasted you a-technical
comments about a product where you are not able to make a single screw for it.

This is my comment for all those guy's givin there un based comments

What are you guys gearing the 17.5? Would 44\96 be a good combo for a tight technical carpet track on foam tires.

Not even close. You need a larger pinion, that combo is only getting you a 3.71 FDR. The highest I would run the 17.5 is a 3.5 FDR, but testing on your local track and checking time and temps is the only way to know.

When I tested with my 17.5 on Carpet with Foam tires, I used a 96-spur and 52-pinion for a 3.14 FDR. I was told that some are running as low as 3.0 FDR.

So to basically state a good starting point is 52/96 gear combo?
