Calvin, there are a number of shops in Hong Kong you can buy from via the internet. If you check out the classified and the Merchant section of the forum ,you'll probably come across a couple.

Sorry... my mistake...check out the commercial/retail forum. Go to the main forum menu and scroll down. There are 3 Hong Kong companies listed.

i don't think it's a good idea buying stuff overseas..yes they usually have better prices, but if you take shipping into consideration you are better off buying from the states..

7 Million+ people........16xx reported cases.......work out the stats! You are more likely to get run over by a car anyday!!! Amazing what can happen when the media gets hold of something! Nothing much to worry about!

WHOA....settle down everybody !! Didn't mean to cause a problem with my question. I was asking because I saw a private ad for a car for sale. The seller is in Hong Kong. I also do alot of trading on Ebay and alot of sellers are from Hong Kong. I was just curious if this SARS thing was anything to be concerned about when you ship things through the mail. Thanks All

LMFAO I don't think so, you can buy a pair of foams for $6 in hong kong where they cost $20 in the US. Just buy a few things and you'll save a bundle.

Evoracer - I also had been putting off buying stuff from hong kong for the exact same reason......
