Default 3800 #'s ? ? ?

I have some never raced yet 4 cell 3800 I've discharged and equalized and now on the third charge the numbers I'm reading on my meter are in the 5.75 - 5-85 range. So is this normal or should they be better charged numbers?
I'm also charging them on a ice charger at 6.0

What number are you measuring peak volts/resting volts/discharged resting volts/average discharge volts?

4-5 amps would be easier on the cells.

That's a decent voltage for a fully charged pack. It doesn't really do you any good to compare that number with any other packs though as it doesn't give you nearly enough information to determine if it is a good pack.
