A discharger will drain your packs. It is a good thing to have

Default Back to the point

Lol back to what i first posted.

has anyone used this and is it good enough to use at races, so basically does it discharge quickly otherwise i cant discharge between races.

So i take it, u just have to wait for the light to go off, then its done. Am i right???

Thanks

You should have enough time to discharge te pack after the race. but have one more pack charged just in cas but it is a fast dischager like all of them.

A discharger is basicly like running your pack, without running your car. It will draw current out of your battery pack, and run it through some resistors, instead of running through the motor of the car.

You will want to set your discharger to 6 cell for a 7.2 battery. If you are ever curious, (1.2 x #cells = pack voltage)

Automatic discharge termination: 5.0 Volt residual means that the discharger will stop discharging the battery pack when it reaches 5.0volts. This should be fine, as most racers set thier dischargers to about 5.40v

Troy, don't you mean .9/cell or 5.40 Volts?
