Did you find an axle yet? I might be able to hook u up. I'll look for it tonight.

I didn't get an axle yet. Some one on okrcracers told me something about need different off set hubs? Sorry guys I'm a crawler and basher, just getting into racing and don't know much about the pan cars.

I probaby have what you need. I got it about 10 years ago. I "think" I got it from a Hobbytown that was going under. Your just gonna have to give me a little bit to find it.

I hope it didn't disintegrate!
Can't wait. After that all I will need is a ESC and Motor. Of course wheels.

What else is cool. I spent under $20 for two cars and all the parts I bought. I'm still thinking of what to do with the other car, someone mentioned to me I could make a drag car.

Looks great. I've been thinking of getting a pan car, they were fun as hell.

Shaun,
Great job rebulding the car! Like previosulsy stated that is an original RC12L car. I believe it is a graphite version. In those days you could choose between a fiberglass and a graphite version. What is also unique about your car is the fact that it has the 2 hole front a-arms! This would make it an older version. Assocaited made a running change shortly after towards the 3 hole a -arm.
I would not do anything to modernize the car. Try and find an orginal axle and also try and find some 2 bolt rims and tires for it! If you really want to keep it vinatge look for a TOJ body and you would be set with a very cool collecter that might be worth a good "chunk of change" if you put it on E bay!
You would be very surprized at how much a guy like me would pay for it!
Have fun

Thank you very much. I have full intention of racing this one a little bit. Untill I can afford something like a L4. I'm on a budget.
