Where To Buy 'Old Style' Novak 13.5 BL?

Does anyone know where there are any of the old style purple 13.5 Novak brushless motors for sale.

I don't want the SS version which is sintered, just the bonded version that originally came in a purple can.

Thanks
Skiddins

Is the EX 13.5 with the yellow ring out of the question? I believe it's the same motor with a different ring.

Otherwise, the motor you're after is gone unless you can find a place with some old stock. The 13.5 Pro has the same part number, so trying to order the old version by its part number will likely get you the new motor.

The EX version of 13.5 should be the same as the original released SS13.5....bond rotor without the ribbed can.

I'm worried about the failure rates of the EX's, not good so far

Because my club only allows the bonded, the sintered have even more power.

You boys need to just go whole hog. The sintered rotor rocks.

The EX should be what your after though.

The bonded rotor requires the older endbell with the smaller bearing.

The old one has the green stater I think I have one left. The new one has the orange one. The green one is a little different. If you look into the can you can see the difference.
Is it the green one you want.? The fastest 4300 I had was the green one. I wish I knew then what I do now. I would have saved that one.

The black rotor will work the same and it is made for the upgraded end bell.

Lets remember guys that there are two bonded rotors... the original used with the smaller bearing and the upgrade rotor/end bell with the larger bearing. However the original SS13.5 came with the upgraded rotor/end bell so just make sure you get an upgrade rotor if you go the route of swapping out the sintered.
