i just wanna know why such a big battery box for two batteries, seems to me if it was a day of racing and he was racing two classes and only using two batteries they were being charged over and over and maybe, just maybe that had something to do with it. of course i don't know that thats what happened i'm just guessing cause i can only count two four cell packs in the box.

oh and this the greatest country ever, free o.j. and lock martha up. yep thats what i'm talking about. ok pull your panties out, that was a joke.

don't taze me bro......

I just say lets race and all get along.Lipos are more than welcome. Why bash anymore we need to race before we have no racers!!!

If I choose to run what ever battery its my choice.

I have this take on it. I am not including you in this statement so do not take offense. You are probably seeing the backlash from the the abuse that was heaped onto lipo discussions back in the day. These types of posts are identical to the crap that lipo threads typically received. Is it right? No. Can we choose not to respond to the bait? Yes.

As someone who is attempting to tone my rambunctious posting behavior down, I remind myself every time I post that I play with a toy car.

Default use protection

I have been racing for several years but only recently have I seen HiMh cells start to cause problems. After reading this thread and in thinking about it I realized that I frequently get home from the track and don't unload my rc stuff. It goes for the ride to work the next day and I am more worried about someting stupid happening when everything is unattended. Granted that may not be likely but.....

I just purchased an Army Surplus ammo box for 5 bucks and I will use the to transport and store my batteries. It is cheap protection, think about it.
