Foams Tires need a Dust-Free surface to work. For street playing, stick with Rubber tires.

I don't know about playing in the street, but we race on an outdoor asphalt parking lot all summer and everybody runs foams. They handle much better than rubber.

Our surface is NOT prepared in any way. Whatever nature brings us, we race on. Several years ago we used to put sugar water or VHT in the corners, but we stopped that and found the traction to be just as good or better.

If you are just playing, rubber will last much longer since you probably are not worried about performance degrading.

Default foam tires

I will smoke any car running rubber tires outside they do provide better traction for me but do wear more than some rubber tires I run 42 shore front and 37 shore in rear on my tc3 same as I run on carpet the tires company I use is speedmind they are only 13.00 a pair and 2 sets last me all summer racing but , you will need to get a tire truer if u run foam I get pretty even wear and usally only true them after they are half worn down 2.35inchs

if foam tires were good on asphault would you think everyone would know that by now???

its a good idea. i thought about it too before

it might be good for parkinglots because they are so bumpy. ther are huge chunks of rocks and stuff all over. i think they just mold better on them. because they are so squishy
