Default Integy Lipo Chargers

Hi. Does anyone have any experience/feedback about the performance of Integy's 16x series of lipo chargers? Thanks.

Ive heard complaints of their chargers in general. A couple racers I race with used one of their multipurpose decives (lipo/nimh/motor checker) and both had various problems with them. On here several people had experienced similar problems. Maybe they have improved them. Dunno.

I'm not too fond of it. The dial for setting charge rate is to easily accidentally changed due to a bump, the cell # switch the same problem, no feedback on the charge status, etc. I was ready to glue everything down to the right settings until I broke down and picked up the Ice. Now I have the Ice and the Orion Advanced charger and perfectly happy with them. The advanced is a nice, simple, cheapish, small charger that corrects all the lacks of the 16x.

I have been using one for the last couple of months with no problems. It does its job. The current adjustment knob is rather sensitive, but has not been a problem.

Thanks. Apart from adjustment knob/dial problems, are there any other issues?
