I would get the new IRS pod and upper plates. These are countersunk, stiffer and you can chose between disc and tube dampers. If you want you could also get the new Yokomo pods with the IRS upper plate.

IRS pods (silver/blue):

IRS top plate (disc/tube):

i just built a hara car and it went together pretty well. The only part confusing me is the rear suspension. On it there are these 2 plastic pieces that a screw goes through, and are tightened down like...say a clamping up on the rear axle. I noticed when I tightened them down more it restricted the movement, almost like siffening up the suspension. Is this a tuning option on the car or no? Rignt now I have the screws in so the head is touching the plastic part, but not threaded in anymore.

Hammer12 was renamed to AH12.

If you do find the Conversion kit...be aware it's only a conversion kit..
you'll still need an AE12L3 or Yok12 to complete the chassis..you need the drivetrain/pod and front steering assembley, shocks etc.

the optional tuning springs for the rear are available from "Buy HPI"
on the HPI website. they were originally made for the Super F1.

Switch Blade-Tighten the screw just enough so the rear pod move freely and that it doesn't bind.
