You can change the rollcenter carnt you by placing spacers between the chassis and the front suspension. Rick

Rick Draper is on the money. Spacers under the mounting blocks, and re-shim the steering spindles to compensate for ride height.

Nooooooooooo. This only changes the ride height. From what I see the upper links don't move, they are
only to adjust camber. This one is like the old style fixed Asso with the advantage of camber adjusment. No
rollcenters to adjust here.

My hair is longer than ever before. If for example you have a Tamiya F103 with the optional link front suspension
and put a shim between the wheelhub and the upper arm you get a lower rollcentre without effecting ride height.

When you shim under the arm mount, you RAISE the pivot point of the arm, you then LOWER the steering spindle within the C-hub,(to maintain ride height), which lowers the axle in relation to the pivot point of the arm and that changes the roll center, because it changes the amount of leverage the axle has on the suspension arm.

The Trinity front-end is also roll center adjustable. IRS actually makes Caster blocks for the 1/10th scale cars that use the dynamic front-end, that have different hinge-pin location holes, but they may be too big for 1/12th use.

Any time you raise or lower the pivot point on a single arm front-end you change the roll center.

It's been discontinued for many many years now..
Like all other cars... they all use AE 12L3 parts.

For this year Hara used a prototype with a custom 4-cell chassis with the cells placed like a carpet knife. The Front of the car has Associated arms but you can mount double wishbone HPI RS10G arms (becouse of the extra hole). The motor mount is Yokomo and the rear suspension is based on the HPI RS10G. This car will probably come out as a conversion made by the HARA product line as a kit for the Yokomo car.

By the way Daisuke Yoshioka won the race with the regular RS12G like pictured in the begining of the topic and Atsushi Hara became 2nd.
