want to try 63 flex plates with blue AE centre spring, 5 degree blocks & brace on carpet

has anyone run the car like that?

I imagine it will be but brushed will be fine for me until then. Even then there's no guarentee that BL will be allowed at our race yet. Have to do some testing first.

Why the 5 blocks?

The brace (front suspension brace?) I think is more of a personal feel thing. The blue center spring can be your friend, though. i have been running it more often than not.

Hey guys,

I have just ordered all of the Jaco compounds for the prism wheels including the magentas and the new 2x pink rears. I should have them in shortly. This will add to the choices you have to order with the kits. They are also available seperately. I will let you know when they come in later this week.

We are also working on trying to get the online store up and running. There were a few holdups but we should have it up within the week if all goes well.

I have tried that on carpet and the 5 degree blocks worked good until the bite came up. I wound up going back to the 10 degree blocks. I go back and forth between the blue and the gold spring. I would try it and see how it works for you and keep us posted.

The locator plates were in the package i sent him. The diff rings have been a real tough thing. My magnetic table isnt holding them very well. I need to have it checked out this week. I must have sent 5 or 6 pairs into orbit once the magnetic table got weak. I should have it fixed shortly. Good timing huh?

I had the same trouble with diff rings on my surface grinder you have to go real slow and easy, dont bother looking for the projectiles as they normally get bent from flying at warp speed.

Diff rings ground in this way make a massive improvement to the diff action I have been grinding my cyclone diff rings from when I assembled it and no diff fails yet.

yeah,i made a fixture that holds them real good and it has worked real well in the past. The last few days it has been a nightmare. I did manage to get a dozen or so sets done. It is tough with the lightened rings due to the small surface area. I may try the standards because i never had a problem with them. Those cyclone rings are a real pain. I did the ones for my cyclone. I will never offer them what a pain. They are so small.
