Default Easy Switch Between Brush and Brushless

A while back I saw a post where someone had modified a couple of Deans pins for easy switching between brushed and brushless morors, but I can't remember where I saw it. Anybody have any ideas or an other solution? This was on a touring car.

thanks
chuck
