I'll bet Novaks next esc will be similar to the quantum, give it a year or two.

Spongebob: Your probably right. They will have to make their next speedo smaller. Who knows how long that will be though. For now though, more and more pros are winning with the LRP speedos, so Novak might feel the need to come with something really special for their next unit. Until then though the C2/TC2 are still good speedos.

Man, I just saw the price of Novak's new reciever in one ad. OUCH! This place I looked at had it priced at $109.99! FOR A RECEIVER! I know the thing lets you program the frequency and all, but man thats alot of dough. Might be worth it, once more radio companies go to the "Dial a frequency" thing, though.

On a more "ESC Forum" note. What are your impressions of the new KOPropo VFS2000 speedo? It looks like their hoping to beat Novak to that "ultra programmable, in a small package" thing. It to has to use an additional unit to program it, though. But its size is definitly an advantage compared to the C2/TC2.

Accually it should sell for about $99. That is what we have our's priced at. It is a very cool little unit. I almost bought one untill i got my XXX-S. It would be perfect for a person like me with a Lynx 3D.

I got my 3D with the spectra. Mine was the Pro or Full Option Lynx 3D ( 3 levels... sport no spectra, less expensive receiver, alkiline battery tray, then racer is the DCX reciever...no spectra, then Pro is spectra, DCX, Nicad pack, and 3 extra cystals. )

I love my 3D!
