ESC Drive Frequency?

I was hoping that someone could explain to me what affect a higher or lower frequency has on the motor ie; rpm, power, comm wear and what is a good frequency to run for stock, 19t. Any info would help alot, thanks in advance.

Lower drive = quicker response. Basically its like turning your EPA up and making the throttle more sensative. It doesnt do anything to the comm because its still giving the same amount of power, its just like a type of traction control built in to the ESC. For slower motors or higer grip you could use a lower drive, and when its slippery or a super fast motor you may want to smooth the response out with a higher drive.

Hope that helped.
