I use trinity red(RC4389s) springs, and trinity green(RC4028s) springs.

MR- what car are you running? foams(size also) or rubber? size of track? type of track?

I'm running at TC3 now (Rubber Tryres) - I havent tried your motor set up yet but I will be trying it out when I manage to get The Chameleon motors.

Regarding the gearing - I will be racing at the KO Grand Prix in August & I was told that the track has a 40 Foot straight!

Thanks for your help

MR- I would gear this motor at a 7.7 to start with then, gear it till when a 5 min run is over, u can hold ur thumb on it for at least 2 secs.

motor heat isnt the true way to gear a motor properly. all motors get hot.(try using the thumb method in mod) the best way to see what gearing u should use is to have a look at the comm after each run. its colour indicates whether the motor is geared properly. best colour to get would be very slight pink tinge to it

Hey Guys.

Well i had some runs with my 19t peak dynasty on the w/e. Was 100% stock geared right up in a HPI pro3 final drive was 5.9:1

Don't ask me about roll out as i am an offroad racer .

I trued it yesterday and took very little off it, i could have kept using it (it had 14 runs on it).

Ooh that was on rubber tires aswell.
