How about swapping someone's left & right C-Hubs on their car when they're not looking?
Then they don't catch on until the following weekend.

Removing the wrench tips from their handles and placing the wrong size in each handle, for example a 2.5mm tip mated to a 5/64" handle.
Supergluing an individuals tools to his/her pit towell.
Dremelling extreme weak spots in an individuals chair so that when the individual attempts to sit on said chair, it collapses beneath them.

Some of these would only be taboo to the unwilling recipient of said actions.
