Default Where does Rick Hohwart go next?

I want to inform everyone on R/C Tech that I no longer work, race for, or have anything to with Team Orion/Peak Racing. If you have general questions or those relating to AE cars, please post them in the appropriate threads in the on and off-road forums or PM me directly.

I will still continmue racing for Team Associated, but will now use LRP speedos, LRP BL motors, and Reedy batteries.

I'd like to personally thank everyone who supported me and Peak Racing in the past. I started the company way back in 1985 and without my loyal customers and sponsors, I would have been out of the R/C industry long ago.

R/C cars are my life, and I will continue working somewhere in the R/C industry. I am just not exactly sure where at this time.

I've always thought that you are one of the best rc company representatives on the web and whoever is lucky enough to hire you will get a guy who's respected and trusted by people all over the world.

rick - is it true that you will be helping jaco design their new 3-stage foam tires?

I wonder if the Kyosho acquisition of Orion/Peak was the impetus for this?

Good luck Rick, you've always been incredibly helpful on the boards here, and are one of the few pros that doesn't pull any punches when stating your opinion. That's refreshing. Whoever you end up with will be lucky to have you.

Gil Jr leaves Losi, now Rick leaves Peak, who's next Eddie/Brood, Ernie/Trinity? On second thought, it might help Trinity. j/k, Ernie.

It will be wierd not seeing you in a Peak shirt Rick. Hope all goes well for you. Peak and Orion will miss having someone with your knowledge of this industry.

Everything will work out for you I'm sure!

Rick you have done a lot for the hobby, I have ran nothing but Peak/Orion motors, batteries, and engines since 2005 and I can say its the best equipment I have ever run. Good luck with AE, Lrp and Reedy.
