Default Novak Brushless question

i'm intrested in getting a novak brushless motor and i'm running in stock class. i was wondering if you can somehow slow down the rpm using the speed control.

i want to stay in stock class

when's the team orion stock stuff comming out?

Yes, a guy on here by the name of 'contact' was testing it at the track, i think he limited it to 24000rpm and ran in stock. He blitzed them and it was really smooth. This is for the Super Sport system

Brushless is not for stock racing. it is for bashing, and for top end racing, even then you will find people complaining about you using them.

The idea of stock racing is for everyone to use identical equipment, and the novak even in the limited mode still accelarates like a mod, but has limited RPM. Eventually it will be possible ot run a novak stock class with everyone on the same profile, which could be checked by race control. but until then they should be mixed within the mod field. Hackers are great and provide tons of power, novaks not too bad, are smoother but dont have the outright grunt. It seems with the novak conventional gearing is not the preferred choice, i have heard some pretty extreme rollouts, ie high thirties, compared to hacker of very low twenties.
