That's sad in Mod Touring. The main should be all US drivers since we race foam all the time. The Europeans even own us in Mod 12.

The US guys are doing fine. Looks to me like the comp is very high and it is a very diverse spread.

Hmm very interesting... Doesn't Paul go over sea's and make the A-main on rubber tires? I think he finished 3rd in the worlds awhile back?? If he can do that wouldn't you expect those guys to make the A over here?

I always wonder if things have not changed a lot since most of the USA guys started racing foam mainly. Josh Cyrul posted a while ago he has finally started to find out all the things you have to do to be fast on rubber tires, regarding tire prep, especially.
I sure seem to remember when Barry Baker dominated the Reedy race for several years, when Associated had a ton of cars in the main at the Japan worlds, and Mark Pavidas almost won.
I also remember my buddy telling Hara that he should ditch the funky gas car rubber on his car after his first run at his first Cleveland. Hara was like "Really?"
Knowledge and testing goes a long way too.
