Well - after the long thread about the ROAR SPONSORSHIP - I couldn't resist putting this here...

Over the past 7 years of directing and promoting our little OVAL Series I've never pushed too hard in the search for sponsors. I've tried to foot the bills and cover my expenses from the entry fees and my own pocket. We usually have 5 - 6 really decent companies who we are involved with, and we've shown them increased or continued sales where applicable.

That being said, I have instore for OUR Dedicated racers a upcoming event that I would like to make Extra Special.

This event will be our 'ALLSTAR SHOOTOUT', and will be made up of 7 years worth of Past Series Champions, along with WINNERS in the '07 season...and we'll fill the rest of the 20 car field for this race with a Last Chance race.

In MY eyes, all the racers who have helped keep this series alive the past 7 years...are ALL champions - but with this ONE event I hope to be able to have a Great payout of Cash and Prizes for this 'WINNER TAKES ALL' event.

This event will take place July 28th at the ENCINO VELODROME in California.

We will hold a regular POINTS event on the day before (Saturday the 27th), and this event will creat our 'ALLSTAR WEEKEND'.
