Spintec ICC, I HAD one, cons were:
Difficult to line up to points
No motor break in
Grub screw that holds the lever in place comes loose easy
If a battery vents (as the IB cells occasionally do) it goes straight into the charger, not onto a desk as with an external charger, so bye bye charger.
I went back to the ICE

I second that, I had one that was nothing but a problem. Everything from trouble making connections, set screw on the lever loosening, cold solder joints where the tab meets the board, it was essentially a fancy paper weight. A couple other guys at my local track bought them and had the same problems, my advice is don't waste your money on a Spintec, I don't know if this is your first charger or if you already have one but I would suggest you look at the Duratrax ICE, Orion Advantage (hope I got the name right, anyways it's by orion), MuchMore CellMaster, LRP Pulsar and the new Checkpoint, these are all great chargers and varying prices.
