Have you tried the updated belts from Serpent? I have been using them with no problems at all so far...

Glad you liked the ESC settings!

Serpent dominates at the MMR 2008 Electric Challenge.

Three TQ spots, Stock Sedan, Super Stock Sedan, and Trans Am

Serpents take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Trans AM and Stock Sedan

Mike with his first place Trans Am

Allan with his first place "Crazy Monkey" stock sedan

Andrew with his first place Super Stock Sedan

Setups should be posted later this week.

I have used the 501t Tamiya belt , and it works fine, if your in a pinch run that, otherwise the new Arimide belts are awesome.

Thanks Marcos.. I really struggle at that track. Would have been good to have Butter there to bounce some ideas off of, He really pushes us to get the car workign better... as he ALWAYS feels there is another .1 in there somewhere..

AJ had his car really good, but never found his groove. We worked with George a little bit, and his car really came in, just a little too late. He ended up the BQ in Sportsman, and was checking out when a turnbuckle popped...

I got behind on my program ,and never really caught up. I was trying to diagnose what I thought to be a tire issue, and well...

I'm not sure if the 501mm belts come in black, but if they do that would be what you want (if the teeth are round) The white belts used to twist and would actually flip over on the gears under braking..
