Where are you guys in the U.S. getting your parts from. I don't think my LHS is carrying serpent parts yet.

Thanks,
Steve

Default First race...

Hi...

Had my first race with my S400 this past sunday.
As I might have said earlier it was a small and very twiste surcit. You can see it at
HTML Code:
www.brc-racing.dk
Didn't get any spares or options for the car, so I had to run it out of the box - and don't break anything! And i did that...

Unfortunatly it's one - or actualle - THE track very home track advantage is in serious play.
So I drove safe all weekend - minding the hard curbs and offcouse the car.
Took 5. place in the A-main. Didn't have the best finals, but tried to bring the car home, and i resultet in a fair fourth place finish.

It's an OK result, taken the track in to considuration. But can't wait to hit other tracks...

So a fourth place, to match up to my win in the first round, was OK. And most important - I didn't break anything on the car, all though I had i few hard hits in the wall...

Looking forward to hit the tracks again - and to get some more parts.

Cheers
Nicolai

My S400 has been ordered. My question was never answered. Can you fit the square LIPOS on the market by dremeling some aluminum or is it not possible?

The only hard case Lipo pack that will fit is the Orion 3200, and even then you will have to Dremmel and tilt the pack in. The problem is that you have 20.5mm height available and all the other hard case Lipo's are thicker than that, well at least I havn't found any other's that will fit.

Ran my S400 for the first time yesterday @ Bending Corners Raceway here in the Orange, CA. Mind you, this is my first time running electric ever! Although i missed making the main by one position. My first time with the car, i was very impressed. With the box stock setup, the car was extremely comfortable to drive, all that was needed to do is soften up the front end to gain some steering.

Will continue to run the car to figure out more about it. Other than that, the car handles great!
