I just got back from my local hobby shop ( NorCal Hobbies in Union City, Calif 510-324-5700 ) and they just got in two kits afew hours ago. They also do mailorder. I would call them up and talk to John Hicks - store manager - if you're interested in one. The price of these cars are reasonable considering that they are from serpent. I can't wait to see one on their on-road track very soon.

Guys,
Just to let you know...I drove my s-400 2 days ago on the track and I'm very impressed!
The car went off like a rocket and had tons of traction. The setup was straight out of the box and was perfect. The only thing I had to change was the rear camber, because it was originally setup as neutral. After that, put it on the track and what a delight! It was very predictable, stable, had tons of speed, not to mention traction. I'm pretty convinced this is all due to its smooth design and high quality parts.
This car really impresses me. Ofcourse I made a few crashes and that didn't hurt the car at all. No tweaks, no play between parts, nothing was bend. So durable: YES. And believe me, some of the crashes were hard....very hard.
I have to say, two thumbs up for Serpent, for designing a PERFECT car. No doubts about that.
