I had a look on their website and the bearing kit for the S400 does not include the 10x5x3 bearings .

They do sell them individually though

You can email/call Boca Bearings bout the missing bearings in the kit, and they should fix the problem.

Which Xray diff are you using(part numbers?)
The Serpent rear diff fits the front with some shimming

Thanks to the guys that posted the mod of filing .5mm off either end of the top deck and putting the o rings under the top deck screws, the car now goes like a slot car, by far and away the best rc car ive ever driven, gas or electric.
Does it wook ok? Do you notice a difference in handling?

I remember that there is a tray made to allow Lipo Batt such as 3800 and 5000 to be sitted w/o filing. Does anybody have a link which i could purchase.

Does anybody know where I can find the rear upper bearing blocks for the S400? The part that the shock tower attaches to. Serpent and Stormer don't have them in stock.

Part#'s 401006 & 401007. Email Sam at www.kamikazeracing.com. with part#'s he may carry them. and he will return email quickly.

i just attended TITC using my S400...it's perform quite well except my car lack of speed.....

im in G-Main out of L- Main.....i'm d only driver that drive S400 there...if i got better speed, i might b in higher Main....
