I just don't see how there could be a higher grip asphalt than what we ran on up in Seattle. It was insane. Is MDI an indoor or outdoor track?

Its an ourdoor track. Its on a large floor hockey rink. Its super smooth surface, and then they VHT the track on top of that...traction rolls and tires ripping off the rims

Thanks Butter, I appreciate the info. Good job to you and Paolo last weekend at the Sedan Championships. To bad about the rain at the end of the event. Is that the only time it rained?

"Anyone know of any on-line shops in the US carrying Serpent S400 parts? Need some Castor blocks, suspension blocks, steering, knuckles, etc...

Stormer hobbies is supposedly going to carry a bunch of parts, for the past 3 months all they have on their site is: backorder

Any one in the west coast at least?"

MMR has all those items in stock, have your shop call us with your needs.
763-525-8267

We will be more then happy to get them out to them.

with the gear diff, do I fill the case with diff lube or just enough to cover the gears?

The last thing I ran that had diffs was an 8th scale buggy a long time ago and don't remember what I did.

You want to fill it up pretty well, twist the gears to get the air bubbles out from underneath them. You will always have some air in there, but the more oil you can get in the more consistant it will be, basically just like a shock.
