Pitcrew -that's kinda hard since the tires are preorder only - as stated on the entry flyer. Please call or email me directly on this one. Thanks.
So you guys can't over order a small quantity and send back what's unused? Or potentially sell them to the hobby shop @ cost?

When I was looking into it I was told the tires were 100% returnable.

Long story.. but the entry flyer clearly states preorder.

It would have been the same for your track had you been the host.

I don't want to turn down entrys.. especially in 1/12 mod... but, we are working with limited supplies as we order what we need.

Pitcrew - PLEASE.. just email or call me.... best method for right now.

Updated list.... just a few additions. Please, would help greatly if you verified your information and let me know if there are changes... this will speed up the check in process and the first round of racing glitches.

And... PT# on the entry form... the best answer is... well, the actual number... not "YES"...... LOL

And.... when it says additional tires are limited to 2 full sets per class... ordering and paying for four won't work... You'll just get a check in the mail from ROAR in a few days... LOL

Sorry.. just the amusing items from todays entry flyers...

As far as I know and heard, that they will not be selling extra tires, only the ones that you pre-ordered on the entry form. That means you will have to bring your own tires.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

That is for the racing handout tires (which ROAR is providing), practice tires are sold by SIR and have nothing to do with the ROAR handout tires.

just like all other handout events, the host track will have supplies on hand for sale for practice or you can bring your own that you purchased or obtained from other sources. Its unfortunate the rumor got out there about no tires being sold at the hobby shop for practice ... or they couldn't sell them until the week of the event... no idea where these things start... LOL

Seattle Indoor Raceway has plenty of tires on hand for sale for practice. I know this.. because they were shipped with my order for ROAR handout product....

These items cannot be used for racing. Only the product handed out to you at the check in - which is why its important to check in - can be used for qualifying and the mains.

Also, AAA main drivers in handout tire classes will be given one full set of tires FREE, from ROAR, when the mains are posted.

Yeah, rumors are a pain..aren't they? ha ha ...welcome to my world. Maybe someone talked to your reliable source.. ha ha..

SIR also stocks a ton of parts as well as tires..bodies, car parts, batteries, etc..so those of you coming from out of town will have no problem.
