Default charger questions

I have a orion charger with a seperate 10 amp power supply I was wondering if I can hook up 2 chargers to it and if it would be safe

you can hook 2 chargers to your power supply.but beings that it is only 10 amps you would only safely be able to charge at 4 amps per pack.
batteries these days usually charge at 6 amps...

you should be able to get like a 20-25 amp power supply at radio shack for under 100 bucks.....
