Default New tech from Futaba - BRUSHLESS servos

Yes, now you can run brushless in 27T races. But for your steering.



Futaba BLS351 (like the S9351?) and BLS451 (like the S9451?) servos from Futaba shown at Shizuoka.

No idea what these will perform like but an interesting development.

Very cool indeed! I hope they're a lot more efficient than most of the high power digitals out there now. For nitro racing it sucks to have a receiver pack dump in 40 minutes rather than a couple hours!

Once they make one for 1/12th I am going to be their first customer for that version. I could use the standered size, but it is to heavy.

I think brushless servos should be limited to running in their own class so it's not unfair for the brushed servos.

For a first order feedback system like we use in servos it would have to be sensored.
