We will go by the book for layout on how soon we can put it in but I can say that we will be open right until track change to get an idea of grip levels. We will not be changing one corner or adding a chicane it will be an entirely new layout for the event. SIR runs a Friday night and Sunday club race.
For those coming being, indoor our grip levels are very high. Tires should be here midweek and we will have testing done ASAP to get the compund chosen. Off the top I would guess that RP32 will be the choice as the regular tire of choice is the Speedmind Sorex 36 premount or the Much More 32 premount. Sorex 32 is prolly the third choice but can overheat on some setups especially for those who drive with alot of rear traction.
We will be glad to handle any incoming gear if you want to ship to the site pre-race. We will have secure storage for your boxes. Please label them clearly. We have done this for previous TCS event drivers travelling from the East Coast, Midwest etc.
If you have any questions feel free to ask away. Doug will be checking the thread as much as he can. I will be checking as much as I can also. Please bear in mind SIR's usual hours are 3-9ish(usually 0'dark thirty). Doug operates another business during the day and I have my own to run also. We both will be checking as much as we can. If you need an official answer feel free to PM the below people.

So is it really only 3/10th's of a mile from the track? Would we be able to leave our gear at the track and just walk to/from? Any good places to eat/drink around there? ...I guess I'm trying to figure out if I even need to rent a car at this point.
