Reading is a skill—I didn't say that had big wins... though the performances at the last Reedy Race of Champions and the Snowbirds wasn't too bad.

The question is, are YOU capable of big wins? Let's get over the "who's car is better" BS.

Talking

Oh THAT answer I know for sure—hell no, I'm not! Doesn't matter what car I drive or what motors or batteries I buy, I'm a B-mainer on my best day.

This whole thread is inane and stupid anyway... buy the car you like, buy the car you can get parts for, buy the car that looks cool or is anodized a color you like. Buy something that makes you happy, and everything else is irrelevant.

Threads like this are fodder for dumb comments and taunting like my previous posts. Don't take them seriously.

there are just jealeous that AE make quality vechicle wre you dont need an update every 6 months months just like every few years.

Look at the x-ray 1/8 doesnt win barely anything and there have been three new versions in the last 6 months.

AE is quality rather than the flavor of the month or six months

TC5 is going to rock

Both the losi and the tc5 are better than the xrays

Default Well...

I dont make very many posts on here but this one is kind of rediculous. Xray guys are xray guys for a few reasons. Quality, Performance, and support. All companies put out a car that can get around the track within a few tenths of each other.

So, quality... Xray is untouchable in this area. Ive heard Corally and Shumacher are getting close but I have not driven either so... Yes you may break a few more steering knuckles now than you used to with the older suspension but still... anyone ever drive a tc3 or xxxs? I did when I first got into the game and I loved myself the day I got my Fk04. Less breakage, and local setup help (back in the day we all needed a little).

Performance... Who wins? Yes we have a big team but thats because a lot of them WANT to be on the team... There are a few reasons.

Support... The more drivers, the faster your going to find a setup. Go up to Ralph at a big race with your xray and I know he will help along with all others. Xray has an awesome website with plenty of experienced racers making their setups available.

In the end, all companies put out a decent product. Little things like quality/ support are big reasons to pay a little more for your car.
