Default Saddle Pack Assembly

Hey guys, do i need to apply glue between the batteries when assembling a saddle pack? Are there any other ways in binding the batteries firmly? How much glue do i need to apply so that there isn't any space in between the batteries? Sorry for the questions...pretty much a newbie in assembling cells.

You can use Shoe Goo to stick the cells together.

I use single cell heatshrink on all my packs and then I use CA to glue them together. When they get messed up you can just take off the heat shrink and start over again

Some people put a bead of hot glue between the cells after building the pack, I found that the glue fell off after a race or 2.

I'm with LouisB... Shoe Goo works great... and you should definitely glue your saddles together... otherwise your batt bars might bend outwards due to the weight of your batts (if you aren't careful with handling your packs)

Use clear silicone II. It is permanently flexible, and heat below 400 F.
