Thanks for the feedback Mike. Barry Baker called this morning and said that he tested for 2 days with it and said that its by far the best stuff he has found on 2+ run tires and works as good as anything on 1st run. That will really help at handout races when you are limited to the number of tires you can get and will also help at club races so tires can be run longer! He's sold and said to bring lots of it to the Reedy race

So you think. Have you bought any this year? It does not smell the same or have the same consistency. I worked in the Automotive field for 10 years and never came across anything that smelled like tweak...new stuff or old.

Thanks for the feedback

I'm placing my order tonight. Is there any special directions for use? i.e. - apply it the night before to soak in, apply it 20 min. before the race, is it benificial to cook it in with tire warmers? Thanks Eric for bring another quality product to us.

Hey Mike,

Spray the Ragu on the tires first and you can either let them air dry (5 minutes) or wipe them off if they have been run or are dirty. Apply the Sauce (marinade) about 20-30 minutes before you are racing and bake it into the tire. Right before you go to tech or 5 minutes before your run take the warmers off and most of the sauce should be baked into the tire. Lightly spray the tire's with the Ragu and then rub in with your fingers and by time you go through tech or to the track they will be slightly tacky and ready to run but they will NOT attract any dirt.
