I would get the Ice. I have it and it's so easy to use. I don't know much about the pulsar, but the ice can break in motors, run your lathe, cycle packs, charg lipos.

for a few extra dollars I would look at the new checkpoint charger, looks like the ice but a few new features.

I have a the pulsar and I love it. But I also have to say ICE, they are both at the same price point and the ice just has a few more features.

I have both. The Ice was cheaper and comes with a few more options in it. Only downside of the Ice is the screen is not back lit like the Pulsar 2. Go for the Ice!

I own an ICE and it charges great.
But If I where to add a charger, it would be the Checkpoint.
Same thing just a couple of more features.
Yet if your charging Lipos and running brushless the motor break in and discharge and 4 step features are just there for looks.
Hopefully in the future we'll see some lipo only chargers without all the whistles and bells that aren't needed. And can charge Lipos at 10 amps.
