Default Brushless Servos?

What is the advantage of servos with brushless motors versus servos with coreless motors?

This is the first mention I've ever seen of servos with brushless motors... Where did you come across this?

In theory, they shouldn't loose torque or speed as they age. Standard servos have tiny brushed motors which suffer from the same problems as any other brushed motor. Bushes wear out, comm gets cruddy ......etc.
