Default Brushless Gearing?

I have a 4.5 Novak BL System to put in my 1/10 onroad car and was wondering if anyone would know what gearing should i begin to play with in order to get it dialed. I'm going to be running outdoors on asphalt with foams?

I would start at a 24mm roll out.

Thats on a pretty big out door track.
I've ran a 19mm and 20mm on an indoor medium carpet.
I would run a fan on the motor until I was sure of the gearing just in case.
