I am running the time out at Tamiya for the next 4 weeks then i won't have a choice!!!! I am dreading the day Tamiya is gone. Finally got my LRP and 13.5 and lipo all setup, so should finally have a good idea. Problem is, now like you, I am looking forward to a 416!!!!!

welcome,there is no problem with anti wear grese for the diff i have used it before or you can use any good quality diff lube.

I've just got my MS too, I am going to run ball diffs F and R, I'll run what
I'm used to first.

I think and have read that aw grease too sticky for the balls, but good for the thrust bearings or the moly grease.

I use the Tamiya ball diff lube on the balls and I've tried both AW and Moly in the thrust bearings, with no problems.

I don't claim to be TA05 epert

The blue Tamiya turnbuckle wrench makes it easier to hold the turnbuckle than the one they supply you with in the kit.

I don't think your diff will engage optimally with the anti-wear grease on your diff balls. Your kit should have contained a small tube of diff grease.

i can get a cup in one side where im using the tool they gave me to get it in, but

i cant get the other one in. lol i got a bunch of links with one cup on each side....

Turn it the other way, turnbuckles have one rigth threaded side and one left threaded side.
