as far as i know the first TA-05 have that stripping screw problem did'nt know that the MS also have the same problem BTW is the MS already using the hex head type of screw

nikki if you have a Dremel or a small electric drill try to drill it out using one of the bits of the drill if unsure better take it to your nearest LHS and let them do it

buboy and xanavi.. its the screw of suspension mountings.. the suspension block i think.. its the bottom screw that got stripped. both screw for block 1B in front and 1D at rear.. .

this is so annoying maybe i didn't noticed that i tightened it too much..

BTW after all.. i won here in our race.. stock silver can..

I had that problem... What I did with mine, lets now put it in your case, 1D at the rear, right you said, you only stripped one screw, so remove the other one that is not stripped (remove everything at the rear, bulkhead, where the ball diffs are) then turn the block suspension mount itself (where it will unscrew the screw ha). Then you'll just noticed it is already unscrewed. then just simply remove it with the screw hex driver or by finger(s).

With the two stripped hex countersunk, I drilled a hole right through the center of the screw (only the other one ha, then after that, you can just do the one stated above), I used the tamiya driller with just the right mm (it should not touch the hole where the screws usually goes, if you get what I mean... I think 2mm driller will do... Then after that, get something that will fit tight enough so that you could turn the screws and unscrew it...

Hope this will do and hope you understand... Hahah...

oh, is that so? So you need to screw one of the screw of each suspension mounts... Yes, the center only... Then if you cant turn the screw when you put something in side the drilled hole, try making some rough edges inside the hole so that it will bite...

I didnt use a screw driver... I used a file (the round type one) then wala, it turned without any problem... because the file itself is already rough...

Me never tighten it also after this incident happened to me... Everytime I run the kit, the screws are just tightened enough just not to unscrew itself but there are some unscrewing itself but not all the way and evry after run I re tighten them again... But if you want, try putting thread lock, little amount only...
