No, this is a new compeition sedan...a version of the TA05. The only thing the same as the Anniversary model is the layshaft assembly I believe.

Wouldn't that be a good idea for those needing to run 5 cells?? I would think the car would ballance well this way. Reedy invite class..hint hint

I just think that same. Next year we`ll use 5 cells and i`m pleased if i`ll have something new then

I think the MS is just stands for Maezumi Satoshi.

Anyway, the price is out. Retailed at US$778 as stated on Tamiya website. Similarly priced as the MSXX.

Can't wait to get my hands on one!!

Anyone knows what are the three 'pipes' potruding out of the motor mount for? Circled in red in the attached.

they hold the bearing and axle of the spur... so you can make the batteries on the other side closer to the centre of the car..... both bearings are on the left side of the car....
