Default Weight of transponder?

Anyone know how heavy a transponder weighs? I want to make one for practicing to get used to the extra weight.

I believe it is 1oz. Many companies make practice transponders specifically suited to your purchase.

check out the HPI homepage. They have a simple idea to make up dummy transponder by using lead weight and paper clip.
