Pink, try to send it via something other then yahoo. Sometimes mail servers wont accept mail if the domain on the email address (sbcglobal) and the server sending it dont match (yahoo). Just a guess. It looks like their spam filters are denying you.

Also you could try to PM Charlie.

Novak are probably the only ESC manuf who could supply with replacement cases at all.. !

Try getting a replacement case with OTHER esc brands... good luck

well i just sent an email to Charlie through my gfriends email and it didn't send a failure message so i guess now i'll just have to wait for a response
