Default KO fet servo; inductor mandatory?
Do you HAVE to use an inductor between the blue wire and batt+? What happens if you don"t?, what is the value for the inductor? (100mh? It has been too long since I used one).

You dont NEED it for it to operate, but you will burn out your servo very quickly (as in "a few hours").
I cannot rememeber the value of the inductor to save my life.

Yes it sucks up all the voltage spikes that occur

10 µH is the value i found on an old novak cyclone manual..
