A receipt is necessary for any warantee work. If it's bought off of eBay, it's nearly impossible to prove that it was NIB or that you are the first owner (warantee is not transferrable). The antenna is not available seperately for purchase and the modules are not user-serviceable

You can have it serviced for a fee.

I to have done the same to mine and my brothers . Easy to do and you dont have to worry about the antenna being knocked and you can lye the controller down with out any problems.

I would be doing this mod. Solve all your problems.

I did that same thing with my helios radio and spektrum TX. Might as well just do the mod, no need to send it back just to fix a tab.

I have done the same thing to. All I did to fix is open up the case, the tab is probably inside. I pulled the antenae out a little, CA glued the tab back on
LET IT DRY and pushed it back in. It works fine and still pivots.

The same thing happened to my M11. I was told by Spektrum that I had to send the module in for service with turnaround time being about 10 business days. This wasn't acceptable at the time so I opened the module and came up with a simple, low-tech temporary solution. I just wedged a small piece of paper towel into the barrel that supports the antenna, which provides enough resistance that the antenna stays vertical. I've gotten so used to it that it has become a permanent fix. I will eventually relocate the antenna from the Spektrum module to the original antenna location on the M11 which should provide much better durability.

Hope this helps, Pete

I just sent in my Pro RX for a little service...

Goto this page: http://www.horizonhobby.com/Support/...t/Default.aspx

Open and print the "Service Center Repair Request Form" PDF file.

Fill it out and send it in.

1 week in total shipping time

1 week for service

You should have it back in two weeks...

Hope this helps...
