Default 5 cell Modified gearing question

I run a Yokomo BD and will be using a checkpoint 9x1 using 5 cells. Im after a starting point for the gearing. I will be racing on asphalt using rubber tyres, the track has a very long straight and medium tight infield. For those in the UK the track in question is Cotswolds track at kemble airfield.
Also is runtime a problem ? I have been running stocks for 3 years so modified is a bit of a mine field for me. Im using ib 4200 shv cells.
Any tips you guys can give on 5 cell mod would be very helpfull.
Regards
